Hypnobabies® is a complete childbirth education course! It is perfect for you if you are looking to experience your baby's birth in comfort, joy and love! You will practice a step by step process to learn medical hypnosis techniques that will keep you as relaxed as possible during your baby's birth. You will need to dedicate time everyday to practicing your Hypnobabies Childbirth Hypnosis® techniques, so that you will be prepared when the big day arrives! 

 

But that's not all! You will learn what to expect during every stage of birth, how to use the power of your mind to stay calm, focused and truly present. You'll gather tons of tools for relaxation and comfort, and your partner will be ready to help you both achieve your best birth experience. You'll explore all your options and be ready to make an empowered, practical and flexible birth plan, and feel prepared to make wise choices in the moment, that you'll feel good about.

Class tuition is $350, with a $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot and a balance of $250 due at the first class.

Doula clients receive a $50 discount toward Hypnobabies class. 

 

If you refer a friend, who also registers for a class series, you both receive a $25 discount! 

 

Classes sizes are limited to 6 couples, so please register early!  

 

Class Policies  

​

We occasionally get out of class late. Please plan for that with babysitting, etc. It often depends on how many students are in the class and how many questions are asked, etc. We sometimes get out a few minutes early on other weeks, so it all evens out. Birth happens, and life happens, therefore we prefer to schedule seven weeks on the calendar for Hypnobabies class, so we always have a plan in case a class needs to be moved.

If you have any symptoms of covid-19, or any close contact with a person known to have covid-19 or the symptoms of covid-19, please do not attend class, contact me for a zoom alternative, or make up class options.

 

I l assisting new doulas to complete their certification, this means that we usually have one doula per class series, who is in the certification process, and attends our class as an observer. This helps doulas to complete their training, to have knowledge of how to support Hypnobabies clients, and allows you to ask a doula any questions you might have for them. If I have a doula in training who is requesting to attend your specific class, you will be contacted before your class begins.
